Lineup Announced for Sacramento World Music Festival [May 3, 2003]

Sacramento, CA - May. 2, 2003 – Event coordinator, Allan Camillo, announced today the musical lineup for the two days of Global Music and Art festival that will be held on June 28 - 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cal Expo.

Artists scheduled to perform at this event include: Big Mountain, Flambeau with Tom Rigney, Earl Zero, Akimbo, Ras Rebel, Jamal, Franklin and Biblical, Luna Angel, Massagana, Tehiya Amet, Reggae Angels, The River Jordan band, Levi Jr., TuFan, Brother Ayouba, Blazing Cornerstones, The Green Acres, Megun Tokou, The Soul Profits, Scotty Long all-star blues Band, Badian Yacine, Dubterianians, Soul Medic, Boga, Children’s area, African Dancers, Drum Circles, …

In between band sets, will be guest speakers from local, national and international child abuse prevention and children’s rights organizations giving dynamic presentations designed to educate, motivate, and, hopefully, captivate and inspire the audience. Lineup for speakers to be announced!
